Inpatient Drug Abuse Treatment

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM (PHP)

Phase 1
Approximately 0-30 Days: In this initial phase, we work to set a solid foundation for our clients that they are able to build upon as they progress through our program.

  • Treatment for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week

  • Individual therapy

  • Group therapy

  • 12-Step groups

  • Reconnect with family

  • Coordination of psychiatric assessment

  • Coordination of Medication management

  • Establish proper sleep cycle

  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Spiritual counseling

  • Meet with dietician and nutritionist

  • Fitness assessment/goals

  • Case management

  • Life skills coaching

  • Educational resources

  • Career and educational goal setting

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)

Phase 2

Approximately 31-60 Days: In this phase, we begin to hold clients to a higher standard. They are increasing their involvement in school, work, and family commitments outside of their treatment.

  • Treatment for 3 – 4 hours a day, 3 – 5 days a week

  • Individual therapy

  • Group therapy

  • Family therapy

  • 12-Step groups

  • Coordination of Medication management/Psychiatric follow-up

  • Mindfulness activities

  • Group meditation

  • Spiritual counseling

  • Monitoring diet plan

  • Progressing with fitness goals

  • Resume building

OUTPATIENT (OP)

Phase 3

​Approximately 61-180 Days: In phase three, clients will transition to our Outpatient Program. They will start to independently demonstrate what they have acquired in phases one and two, and spend more time outside of the treatment facility pursuing or engaging in work, school, and/or familial obligations.

  • Treatment one or two days per week

  • Individual therapy: One session per week

  • Group therapy: At least one session per week

  • Family dynamic review

  • 12-Step groups

  • Coordination of Monthly review of medications with psychiatrist

  • Continued participation in community activities

  • Monthly meeting with dietician/nutritionist

  • Bi-monthly meetings with case manager

  • Budgeting and financial planning

  • CTC  internship opportunities
