Yoga Meditation Specialist
Casey Lovejoy has been practicing yoga and meditation for over twenty years, and has been guiding others professionally since 2013. Having struggled with both her mental and physical health, Casey discovered yoga and meditation to be an engaged process that would invite her back into the lived experience of being whole and intricately connected to the world around her. She believes in the traditional, non-westernized intention behind both practices, which is that they be used not as a means for “self-improvement” or achievement, rather that they are vehicles to come back to the natural, intact self that resides within every living being. Casey’s education includes training through Liberation Yoga in Los Angeles, UCLA MAPS, the Shambhala Lineage, and the Lakota Lineage. She is a practicing Evolutionary Astrologer, and a student of depth psychology, deep ecology, and indigenous wisdom.
